Oil Absorbents for Spills
Oil-Dri® Premium Absorbents are high grade natural granular products that is used as an absorbent of hazardous and non hazardous oil or liquid wastes in potential safety hazards such as leaks, drips, sprays, or spills.
Oil-Dri® Granular Clay Absorbents are availabe in both the traditional coarse formula as well as the finer QuickSorb™ grind. Both are made from the same high quality absorbent minerals and can be used on oils, coolants, grease, water and other liquid spills. These absorbents are not to be used with turpentine or vegetable oil.
Oil-Dri® granular clay absorbents contain trace amounts of naturally occuring crystalline silica — a level far below the OSHA Permissable Exposure Limit and the ACGIH Threshold Limit Value. All products are thoroughly tested and completely safe for their intended uses.
Our clay absorbents undergo a superior moisture extraction process
that increases absorption power and minimizes dust. Oil-Dri® Premium Absorbents are available in two types of packaging – poly bags and paper
bags. Our paper bags are constructed of high performance multi-wall
grade papers and our poly bags are made of heavy duty polyethylene.
